References to TGTG refers to The Global Travel Group of Chester, with whom Arrow Travel is a full member Ref. T1901. Your use of this web site is expressly conditional on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained on this site and as such constitutes your agreement to such terms conditions and notices. The terms and conditions shall apply regardless of how this site was located, either by electronic mail or links from another site. If you disagree with any of the following terms and conditions you are not authorised to use this site. It is your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that what every you view on this site is free from viruses and other items of a destructive nature.
Arrow travel is committed to respect your privacy. Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose necessary information to third parties if it is necessary in completing your booking. By becoming a subscriber you consent to receiving periodical communication about products that hopefully of interest to your requirements. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time.

This site shall not be used to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
Bookings
Holidays booked through www.arrow-travel.co.uk are governed by the Terms and Conditions of the tour operator through whom the booking is made.
The person booking, the lead passenger must be aged 18 or over and must accept responsibility for all members of the party travelling. It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that my be unable to travel due to medical or legal reasons such for example, having a criminal record or previous deportations. Once a booking is made, the customer and or lead name guarantees that you have the authority to accept the Terms and Conditions of the booking. A contract will exist as soon as our confirmation invoice is issued. It is therefore the lead passengers responsibility to pay the balance outstanding ( if applicable) and understanding that if the balance is not paid within the time scale, we reserve the right to cancel any arrangements made. This contract is made on these booking conditions which are governed by English Law we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Law courts at all times.
Ratings
All accommodation ratings are the tour operators own. They may differ from the accommodations official rating. Ratings may also differ from one operator to another depending upon official assessment of the accommodation in question by that operator.
Tickets
Tickets are normally dispatched within 14 days before departure. If you do not receive your tickets 7 days before your departure please contact Arrow Travel 01529 240718 or e-mail: sales@cruise-class.co.uk
Unless otherwise advised tickets will be sent to the address of the credit card holder. If your ticket has not been paid for prior to the specified ticketing time limit advised by us or an authorised agent, we may cancel your reservation. All tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Carriage will only be provided to the passenger named in the ticket who may be required to produce appropriate identification. Tickets always remain the property of the issuing carrier and/or the relevant tour operator and will cease to be valid if they are mutilated or altered other than by us or our authorised agent. The ticket for your return or onward journey may not be valid or may cease to be valid if the first part of your ticket has not been used. Further to this passengers may be unable to commence their journey at an agreed stopping place other than stated as their departure airport on the ticket.
Correct spelling of names
All names titles and initials of those travelling should be correctly given
a the time of booking. Changes cannot later be made without extra charges being
incurred.
Costings
All costing are subject to the final confirmation invoice issued by the Tour
Operator.
Children's discounts cannot be made at a later date without extra charges being
incurred.
The age of the children relates to whole period when they are away. If a child's
birthday occurs whilst on holiday this age must be declared at the time of booking.
Travel may be refused if the date of birth does not concur with that originally
declared. The child's age should therefore be there age on the day of return
from holiday.
Passports and Visas
All clients must be in possession of a full 10 year passport with at least
6 months validity remaining on the date of return. Non British citizens or those
travelling on a British subject passport should contact the embassy, high commission
or consulate of your destination for up to date advice on passport requirements.
Persons over 16 years of age on day of travel must have their own passport.
On a family passport the lead name must travel also.
Visas may be required for British Citizens for entry into non EU countries.
Also they may also be required for stays longer than three months and for working
permits. The embassy of the country you are travelling to should be consulted
before hand. Specialist Visa companies can also provide help with this service.
Failure to meet the requirements for entry will leave you solely responsible
for any costs, loss or damage which you or your company incurs as a result of
your failure.
Health
For medical advice regarding your intended destination or journey, including
vaccinations, you should contact you general practitioner.
Payment
All outstanding balances for you holiday are due to be paid and received at least ten weeks before departure. You can pay your balance by sending a cheque or presenting cash at our offices. Please give a note of the booking reference when paying. credit and debit cards can be processed by calling 01529 240718.
Departure/Arrival
Arrow Travel and TGTG are not liable if there is any change by the carrier to a departure/arrival time previously given to you or shown on your ticket. All holidays and flights are for departure from within the UK. It will be the customers responsibility to verify the right times within 48 hours.
Insurance
It is a condition with all travel and holiday bookings that adequate insurance is taken out to cover at least for medical, cancellation and loss of money. Most credit card companies do not normally offer adequate cover for your booking arrangements. You are welcome to take out insurance cover with ourselves by calling 01529 240718. Should you wish to take insurance cover from another source you are welcome to do this. If taking out insurance independently please forward a copy of the policy cover to us for placement on our file. This does not constitute endorsement or acceptance by Arrow Travel and TGTG that the independent cover is adequate.
Cancellations
Cancellation must be in writing from the lead name on the booking and sent to Arrow Travel, 20 Chapel Street, Billingborough, Lincolnshire NG34 0QH
Modification of Terms
Arrow Travel reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which this site is offered. Arrow Travel and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in this web site at any time. It will not affect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a legitimate booking on this site. These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights.
